Inner Quest Yoga & Wellness Center is located in Saranac Lake, a charming and peaceful village in the Adirondack Mountains of Upstate New York, just 8 miles from the resort town of Lake Placid.  While Lake Placid has its history fused in Olympic sports, Saranac Lake has its roots as a pioneer health resort. In the late 1800's and early 1900's, sufferers of TB would come to Saranac Lake for its pristine environment for healing and rejuvenation and take what became known as 'the cure' - fresh mountain air!  Today people still flock to Saranac Lake, in the Great North Woods, for a respite from 'life's ills'.  Visit us at Inner Quest Yoga and Wellness Center where we are offering an array of healing arts options.
